Our simple Rental Process
It's a breeze to rent from us.

Look through our on-line catalogue. Our inventory is constantly being updated. We can hardly keep up! If there is something you don't see, ask. We may have it in our warehouse or plan on getting it before your event date.

Estimate
Once you have an idea of what you would like, call/text our office @ 209.923.3794 or email us @ info@ebdrentals.com with your items and quantities, delivery address, and date of your event to start an estimate.
Securing rentals
Once approved, a rental agreement and invoice will be sent for your signature.
A 25% down payment will reserve your rentals and lock you into our calendar.
The remaining 75% is due on or before 14 days before your event date.
Delivery and Returns
The schedule for delivery or customer pick-up is dependent on weather and other events sharing your weekend and is scheduled 10-5 days before your event as is returns.
Your security deposit is returned to you after assessment for damage or loss, within 15 days of return.
