We will listen to your ideas and assess the parameters of your event by viewing your space and taking into account what can be accomplished within your budget. A cohesive stylish look, feel, and mood will be developed with you to present the personalized aesthetic desired to make your event memorable. Working with our designer includes execution of the agreed on design plan.
Our duties include, but are not limited to: Guidance on fabrics, textures, color palettes, props, furniture, and décor elements. Customize table settings, centerpieces and decorations, problem solving within budget and space constraints, lighting, floor planning, and engineering a custom solution for your event needs (ie: sails, tents, etc.).

If you would like to enjoy your party as much as your guests, let us help. Joining you on your event day ahead of schedule from your guests, A Day-Of Host/ess will make sure details are set in place on the day of your event so you can enjoy your event instead of managing it.
Our duties include, but are not limited to: managing vendors arrival and set up, greeting guests, managing a timeline, clearing dishes and debris, taking care of requests, keeping food warm/cold and beverages refreshed, making sure needs are met for guest(s) of honor as well as attending guests, putting out fires you won’t even know existed, sweeping up spills and making sure trash bins are not overflowed.

It’s a kind of magic to see your event come to life at night. Bringing practicality and ambience to your event, our systems are very versatile using your existing power or our self-contained portable power to meet your backyard or venue needs. We offer tent lighting, pathway lighting, fairy lights, curtain lights and/or patio lighting.

A creative and resourceful floral architect works with the event planner, event designer, or appointed liaison to create stunning, elegant pieces that reflect the overall theme and color design. The pieces can include and are not limited to boutonnieres, corsages, bouquets, centerpieces, and sprays.
