Event Planning & Coordinating
FULL EVENT COORDINATION
A seasoned planner will ease stress, prepare for the unknown and help plan the logistics of your event. We will attend vendor meetings, walk through your event site and plan the timeline and happenings of your event with you. We are present from day one of planning, through the day of your event, making wishes come true and putting out fires you won’t even know existed.
Our duties include, but are not limited to: managing a planning timeline, organizing the floor plan and guest list with the designer, organizing people and details involved in execution of design plan and day-of execution, on site management, coordination with vendors, finalizing day-of needs, taking care of last minute details, conducting final walk through, staying on-site to day-of host and take care of details that need managing so you can enjoy your event as much as your guests.
MONTH-OF COORDINATION
Do you have all your ducks, but want someone to put them in a row? You’ve worked hard for your moment! Take time to breathe before you celebrate, pass the baton and let us do the detailed work for you.
Our duties include:: an event day schedule, assistance in directing rehearsal (if applicable), provide vendor recommendations, vendor coordination and schedule, plan for vendor necessities, site inspection, day-of event coordination, problem-solving, double check details (did you remember the knife for the cake?) for logic and flow, and plan contingencies for possible obstacles to a perfect day (what if it rains?)

Event Design
A designer brings your creative vision to life! We will listen to your ideas and assess the parameters of your event by viewing your space and taking into account what can be accomplished within your budget. A cohesive stylish look, feel, and mood will be developed with you to present the personalized aesthetic desired to make your event memorable. Working with our designer includes execution of the agreed on design plan.
Our duties include, but are not limited to: Guidance on fabrics, textures, color palettes, props, furniture, and décor elements. Customize table settings, centerpieces and decorations, problem solving within budget and space constraints, lighting, floor planning, and engineering a custom solution for your event needs (ie: sails, tents, etc.).

Event planning & Design package
Combining Full or Month-of Event Planning, Event Design, and Day-of Hosting for an all inclusive service package, will insure a successful event at a budget friendly price.

Day-Of Hosting (included with Event Planning & Coordinating)
If you would like to enjoy your party as much as your guests, let us help. Joining you on your event day ahead of schedule from your guests, A Day-Of Host/ess will make sure details are set in place on the day of your event so you can enjoy your event instead of managing it.
Our duties include, but are not limited to: managing vendors arrival and set up, greeting guests, managing a timeline, taking care of requests, keeping food warm/cold and beverages refreshed, making sure needs are met for guest(s) of honor as well as attending guests, putting out fires you won’t even know existed, sweeping up spills and making sure trash bins are not overflowed.

lighting (50% off with Event Design)
It’s a kind of magic to see your event come to life at night. Bringing practicality and ambience to your event, our systems are very versatile using your existing power or our self-contained portable power to meet your backyard or venue needs. We offer tent lighting, pathway lighting, fairy lights, curtain lights and/or patio lighting.
LIGHTING, $175 for 20 x 20 and 29 x20 twinkle tent lighting. Ask about packages.
$10 per 3-5ft pathway lighting Minimum $80.
$1 per ft Edison Bulb String lighting. 75$ per post/connect point.
